Well, I hope you all have planned on updating your Wills before the race.  Check out the flyer and the link to the riverboarding video.  According to this thing we can just use a boogie board.

RE: Riverboarding

Dude, what is this? I've never SEEN an event like this. How do you protect your twig and berries from scraping against rocks and stuff? I'm sort of treating this race as if it were not predetermined.  For example, I will act as if my plane crashed in the middle of no where and I have to find my way out.  I'll figure it out when I get to that point

Joe, don't be a wuss. You can do it. We all know your muscles are for show but in this event you don't have to do anything. Just float down the river. It's like tubin' without the cooler of beer.
Make sure you get a good pair of hiking pants. I know Joe likes to wear capris but that won't cut it for this event.
Dennis, leave the wolf shirt at home please.

Re: Riverboarding

I like the survival method.  I am going to pretend that I am Bear from "Man vs. Wild" and Joe and Kevin are my camera crew.  Brian, I know you prefer the much more real "Survivorman" method where you sit in one spot by yourself until your time is up.  After five days we will see about sending someone in to find you.

As for the river boarding, I have a boogie board.  Do we only have to send one person down the river? I nominate Kevin...he's expendable.
